“Like other reviews said, the wait was long, and I felt that the guidance during the treatment process was insufficient. I did not particularly feel that I received care befitting a hospital. Above all, the worst part was the parking attendant. It was my first visit, and I was having trouble parking. They could have spoken nicely, but instead scolded me and spoke angrily as if picking a fight, which was absurd. I had no reason to deal with them, so I simply left, but if they are dissatisfied with their job, I recommend that they quit. And it is not that people refrain from being annoyed or angry because they cannot express it. They refrain because it reveals the level of one's character. I made time and came to this hospital with difficulty, and I am greatly disappointed.”

I went up to the fourth floor for wisdom tooth extraction, and there was no one at the front at first. Then a staff member who was in the hallway asked my name from afar, so I said, “ㅇㅇ요.” Apparently they could not hear well and asked back informally, “Huh??” I thought perhaps they were busy and made a slip unconsciously, and since I was nervous because it was my first wisdom tooth extraction, I did not make much of it. I was then told to sit and wait, so I sat down. But then they suddenly came up to us and said, “There are surgeries backed up ahead of you, and glaring at me will not change anything.” What? lol I had not glared at anyone or complained about waiting. Rather, my husband and I were laughing because the informal speech was ridiculous. If you work in a job dealing with people, please set aside the victim mentality and be kind ㅜㅜㅜ”
