They told me on the spot to choose between extraction and surgery. The person was not even a professor, yet spoke sharply and dismissively. They said nothing about the painful area, said only what they wanted to say, and when I said I could not decide immediately, they told me to call and leave. My gums were so swollen, but I was not given any medicine. What is funny is that perhaps there is some performance target: as soon as I said I would have surgery, the attitude suddenly changed to a kind mode. Everyone except that one person was very kind. That one person really ruins the whole image.”
