“Even though I had an appointment, there was quite a bit of waiting time. I lay down, they took a photo of my teeth, and then said to wait and disappeared, and I waited about another 10 minutes. They explained things well before the procedure, but afterward, while I was rinsing my mouth, someone else suddenly came from behind and told me the precautions. The staff changed 3 times during the procedure. Since the hands kept changing, it felt unsettling, and at one point water went into my nose and the suction device hit the back of my throat... it didn't feel good. I wish they would focus only on the treatment while treating me. In the middle of it, they were giving instructions to someone else and weren't looking at me. Please focus on the patient.”
